Bluetooth aygıtı görmüyor

Merhaba bilgisayarımda bluetooth aygıtı görülmüyor.belki laptopumun aygıtı bozuktur diye tak çıkar usb bluetooth dongle aldım ama onuda görmüyor.

blueman-applet 2.1.2 yüklü.

şimdi güncelledim ama çözmedi :frowning:

bluetooth , blueman, bluez paketlerini yükleyebilir misiniz?
sudo apt install bluetooth blueman bluez

ın cevabını yaptım (bilgisayarı yeniden başlatmadım) ama hala blueman adaptörü görmüyor

lspci komut çıktısını paylaşabilir misiniz birde dahili olan bluetooth aygıtını deneyelim. Ayrıca ehrhangi bir antivirüs programı kullanıyormusunuz?
