Kamera ile ilgili bir konu açmadan önce lütfen aşağıdaki çıktıları ilk iletinize kod etiketi ile ekleyin. Bu çıktılar çözüm süresini kısaltacaktır.
Uçbirimi açmak için CTRL+ALT+T tuşlarına birlikte basınız. (Menü => Donatılardan da uçbirime ulaşabilirsiniz).
Uçbirimi açtıktan sonra, aşağıdaki komutları sırasıyla kopyalayıp sağ tık ile uçbirime yapıştırınız. Uçbirime yapıştırdığınız komutları giriş (enter) tuşu ile çalıştırıp, uçbirimde aldığınız çıktıları kod etiketi içinde foruma yapıştırınız.
inxipaketi kurulu değil isesudo apt install inxikomutu ile kurunuz.

@cuneyt.ulusoy @kaan ben mi göremiyorum. Yoksa gerçekten bilgisayarda camera hiç gözükmüyor mu? Çıktımarı inceledim kameraya dair bir bilgi göremedim. Gözümden kaçırdığım bir yer mi var? 
dmesg|tail bir ihtimal bilgi verebilir.
Bios’tan kapatılmış olabilir, aktif olmadığı için sistem görmüyor olabilir. Açıkçası lenovonun sitesinde dahi ne olduğu belli değil kameranın;

netteki aramalarda webcam = var şeklinde açıklamalar mevcut 
Kullanıcının tecrübelerinden yararlanmak lazım
peynir programını kurdum device not found hatası veriyor… Dediğiniz gibi sanki bilgisayar kamerayı görmüyor gibi.
