Asus AİO ses sorunu

Asus AİO A3402WVA marka model bilgisayarımızdan ses çıkmamaktadır. kurduğumuz pardus sürümü gnome ve xfce 23.4 ve 23.3 pardus backports dahil,

internette anlatılan birçok seyi denedik kendi hoparlöründen ses çıkmıyor. harici hoparlör takıldığında ses çıkıyor.

denenen diğer linux sürümleri: ubuntu, mint, fedora, archlinux

şuan makinede 23.4 xfce backports pardus sürümü var.

Huawei Matebook 14s ve 16s ile aynı ses kontrolcüsüne sahipsiniz, o modelde de aynı sorun var, şuradaki çözümü deneyebilirsiniz:

Realtek bir donanım yok, realtek sürücüsünü karalisteye alarak kapalı hale getirmek işlevi olmayan bir işlem olur.

Sizin bilgisayarınız özelinde belirli ID’ler ile hda-verb ayarları yapılırsa sorun düzelecektir, huawei örneğindeki gibi, fakat sizin bilgisayarınızı bilmediğim için tam karşılıklarını bilemiyorum.
