Daha önce bahsetmiştim SDR cihazı V4 ise sürücülerinde sorun olabilir.
Nispeten yeni bir donanım V4 Çalışmaması yada hata almanız muhtemel

sudo apt install libasound2-dev libpulse-dev pavucontrol

sdr++ ile çok güzel çalışıyor atv decoder ekldim kalkmadı bi o sorun oldu

çalıştırdığım komutlar birşeyleri yaparken birşeyleri yıkıyor yz ile bişeyler denedim
