Where can I report a major fault or bug?

Good day.
I found a problem in Pardus 21 which prevents me from using it after it is installed.
Do you have any links where I can report this ?

Hello,

You can make a report from the Pardus Error/Request form.

“create a request” does not work.
Maybe it’s suspended for a few days while the release of Pardus 21 is timed out?
